Newsroom have called upon me to experiment with the latest online tools and leverage them to grow their audience.

In 2017, I made a Facebook chatbot that offered users on The Dallas Morning News’ Cowboys-dedicated page an on-the-fly look at the site’s latest articles about the team. It doubled as a breaking news push alert system via Facebook Messenger.

I was responsible for creating the template and workflow for the sports department's email newsletters.

In past years, I worked on my web design skills by creating special packaging for college football and college basketball season previews. Before the expansion of the newsroom's interactives team, I was also called upon to create special presentations for events such as Cowboys players entering the team's Ring of Honor, big-game previews and holiday features.
